Adding a search bar to the Venues tab in settings

There currently is no search feature for the venues tab meaning you have to go through all of the pages to find the specific venue you would like. This is very time consuming when checking to see if a venue has already been added.

Remove applicant contact details for panel members on confirmation of interview.
